Domaine Moreau, producer of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes

Located in Bécheresse in the heart of the Charente department, Domaine Moreau has been passed down from generation to generation since 1912. The acquired know-how is accompanied by a spirit of innovation which pushes us to create new flavors, always in the respect for tradition.

Our vineyard is located in the Fins Bois region, and consists of Ugni Blanc, Montils and Colombard grape varieties for the white grape, and Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot for the red grape.

We distill our products in a traditional “Charentais” still, and we age our Cognac and Pineau brandy in Limousin and Tronçais oak barrels.

We are committed to develop our products in a natural way, without adding chemical solutions and within the framework of environmentally friendly viticulture.
